Instructor

Sensei Mike Hayes teaches the Friday night classes and has been studying Aikido since 1983. He currently holds the rank of 3rd Dan (sandan) in Aikido.  Sensei Hayes is also a teacher by profession which enables him to use his professional skills to make the class more enjoyable and the learning process easier for each individual.

Sensei Hayes is a registered Coach with the British Aikido Board and is also the Coach Tutor for the British Ki Society. 

Assistant Instructor

Sensei Reg Allen is the assistant instructor of the club and teaches the beginners class on Tuesdays. Sensei Allen holds the rank of 1st Dan and has been studying Aikido since 1999. Sensei Allen is also registered as a Coach with the British Aikido Board.
