We are a martial arts group studying Ki and Aikido.  Classes include unarmed techniques as well as techniques using weapons such as tanto (knife), bokken (sword) and jo (stick). In addition Kenkodo (Way of Health) is also practised.  This includes Kokyuho (breathing method), Seizaho (meditation), Kenkotaiso (health exercises) and Sotaiho (exercising your partner).

We are based at the Burton Judokwai, Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, where Judo is also taught.
